Formerly one residence. Circa 1836. Forms a pair with Mill House, Talbot Place
(qv) 2 storeys, stucco with fairly low pitched, hipped slate roof. Deep eaves soffit.
a. Heath Hill House has 4 windows on 1st floor of front facing North-West. These
open to bulustraded balcony resting on bowed-out ground floor with 3-light side sash
windows and recessed central entrance porch. 3-window South-West return with bulustraded
balcony all along. Wide outer sash windows (those on ground floor 3-light), 2 narrow
windows at 1st floor centre. Glazed entrance beneath, with flanking Doric columns.
b. South-East house. Partly rebuilt after war damage. 3-window front with sashes on
1st floor and long casements on ground floor. Lowered shutters to left windows.
Loggia, with swept lead roof and trellised eaves, before 2 right ground floor windows.
Oriel bow on 1st floor of right return. New entrance, also on rennin.

Heath Hill House shall be amonded to read Golf House

In line four of the descriptive notes Heath Hill House should be amended to read
Golf House.
