Mid C19 pair with Tudor detail. Each 2 storeys, 2 windows, large scale. Stucco
with incised lines. Slated roof with 2 returned gables flanking central chimney
corbelled out at first floor level. Casement windows with bars, inner first
and outer ground floor windows under hoodmoulds, the latter with headstops.
Inner ground floor windows small canted bays with central sashes. No 279 entrance
on left return, No 299 in one-storey entrance extension; hoodmoulds over doors.
Set back outer extensions.
