Early-mid C19, 2-storey, 3-window villa. Portland stone; hipped slated roof
with eaves soffit. An added 2-storey, one-window section at either side. Later
sash windows first floor. Original transomed casements under console bracketed
cornices on ground floor. Five-panel door with reeded pilasters and head and
rectangular fanlight in Doric porch with fluted columns and enriched entablature.
