Semi-detached pair of houses. Early C19. Brick; channelled stucco to ground floor.
Slated mansard to lower outer bays; roof not visible to inner bays. Mainly 3
storeys plus basement. Each house 3 windows wide, the outer of only 2 storeys and
recessed, with entrances on returns. Square gauged headed windows, sashes, glazing
bars except to top floor of No 472); margin glazing to ground floor. Cornice above
first floor to entrance wings and above second to centre part.
