Former barn. Dated 1840. Brick with cogged eaves cornice, diaper ventilation patterns at gable end and header ventilation courses, plain tiled roof with scalloped bargeboards. Six bays, third bay from west gable end has opposed cart entries with flat head to north and Tudor arch to south, both in concrete, and double doors. South elevation: has a window and door with cambered heads to the left of the wagon bay; to the right of the wagon bay are two windows with cambered heads, and a stable door with loft door above at the right end. Datestone in west gable end.

Interior: roof has five intermediate tie-beam trusses which stop at collar and have no struts, and which are supported on brick piers; trenched, single purlins. Floored except for wagon bay. Included for group value.
