GV II

House. C17 with some late C20 alterations. Timber-frame with painted brick
infill on a rubble plinth with tile roof. Two framed bays aligned north-east/
south-west with an external rubble stack with brick shaft on the northern gable
end. Street (south-east) front is of two storeys with two 2-light casements.
The ground floor has a fixed casement to the left and a 3-light casement to
right. The central entrance has a lean-to tiled canopy over a C20 ledged and
boarded door with a fixed casement immediately to the left. Framing is five
square panels high with diagonal framing to the exposed northern gable truss.
Nos 13, 14 and 15 Karen Court (qv) are attached to the south under the same
roof.
