(Formerly listed as Cruck barn approx 15 m south west of Home Farm House, WOODBURY HILL)

Converted cruck barn, possibly C15, altered C18. Timber-framed trusses, brick external walls, tiled roof. Barn roughly aligned north east - south west and forming north west enclosure to fold yard. Six bays, gabled. Threshing floor to third bay from right, irregular patterned perforated brickwork with short buttressing. Probably originally full-cruck trusses throughout now three central crucks remaining with remnants of collar, yoke and spurs; other trusses of late C17 - early C18 with inclined struts; brick end gable.

Group value with bullock shed and hay loft (qv) which adjoins barn to south west end. Mid C19 projecting stable wing toward centre of barn not included.
