Former school building has plaque recording date 1838, erected by Charles Morris. Malvern stone with stone dressings and wide eaves. Three long round-headed windows in moulded surrounds, twelve-light mullions and transoms with glazing bars. Similar surround to doorway with ribbed door, rectangular plaque above and name 'North Malvern National Girls'. Section to the left partly obscured by a later extension at right angles, hipped slate roof. Rusticated quoins between sections, band to left. Round-headed windows to side elevation.

No 70, the school house, to the rear, is of three storeys in similar materials. Three windows, casements with glazing bars; flat heads to top floor, segmental-headed to first and ground floors. Gabled porch.
