Circa 1860. L-shaped. The Cambridge Gardens elevation is of 3 storeys stuccoed
with a rusticated ground floor. Hipped tiled roof. 3 sashes with glazing bars
intact and central porch.
The Camden Hill elevation is of 2 storeys stuccoed with a rusticated ground floor.
4 sashes with glazing bars intact, those in the ground floor set in moulded architrave
Nos 4 and 5 have a paired doorcase with wooden cornice over. 6 panelled doors
with the top 2 panels cut away and glazed.
