Farmhouse and adjoining barn, now bird sanctuary. Mid C17
and later. Coursed stone with stone slate roof and brick
stacks. 2-unit, 2-storey plan with barn adjoining at rear.
2-bay elevation, with stone quoins. The entrance which was
to the extreme left has been blocked in and a central
entrance formed. 1 double chamfered window opening with
hoodmould is partly blocked by the door and is extended to
the left at a later date, another, formerly of 3-lights has
no mullions remaining. The eaves have at some stage been
raised to accommodate a 10-light "weaver's window" (although
4 lights are blocked in) with flat-faced mullions. Gable
stacks and one 2-arched-light double-chamfered window at
rear. The barn has a semi-circular cart entrance with a
door opening to either side.
