At one time 2 cottages and a granary with 2 oast houses behind. The front
is C18. Two storeys and attic in painted brick with half-hipped tile roof.
Four casement windows on both storeys, the inner ones of 3 lights. Doorway
at each end with tile-hung gabled hood over. Central doorway flanked by low
brick walls ending in pillars supporting an iron balcony in front of the 1st
floor windows, above which was once a loft door. Central gabled projection
above this, the roof projecting beyond it for the hoist. This is flanked by
two gabled dormers. Behind are two circular oast houses which are now part
of the dwelling. On the east wall is the date 1867.
