Shirley is a mid C19 build attached to the rear of Syringa. One and a half
storeys in brick with brick eaves cornice. Tile roof with 2 dormers. Two
windows, segmental arches, hung sashes with glazing bars. Rendered plinth.
Plain wood doorcase. Syringa is early C19. Two storeys in red brick with
knapped flint to side. Hipped tile roof. Modillion eaves cornice. Two windows
on both floors, rendered flat arches, hung sashes with glazing bars. One projecting
bay of 3 lights on first floor. Doorway in moulded architrave surround with
projecting cornice over. Attached outpremises to left.
