House. 1830's. Stock brick, part rendered, and slate roof. Three storeys
and basement, with rusticated ground floor and cornice parapet with stack to
right. Two glazing bar sashes to 2nd floor, and 2 French windows to 1st
floor with rectangular fanlight and cast iron railed balconies. All openings
with gauged heads in red brick. Bow window with 2 glazing bar sashes on
ground floor, with half-glazed door to right in semi-circular headed surround.
Glazing bar sash to basement. Simple rails to steps and C20 rails to base-
ment.
