House. Rear has datestone: "JOSEPH &/ELITH HARTLEY/1816". Stuccoed stone with
slate roof, hipped to west and south elevation of 2 storeys and 4 bays, 2nd
2 bays. Sashed windows with glazing bars. Entrance between lst and 2nd bays
has portico with diagonal piers with clustered shafts; entrance to end bay.
2 cross axial stacks. West elevation of 2 bays. Rear has varied finestration
including 2 Venetian windows, sashed with glazing bars, and datestone.
