Facade of rich Victorian ornament. 3 storeys. 5 windows each floor, some
segmental headed, others depressed arches, all with keystones. Ground
floor windows divided by Composite pilasters, and enriched by panelled
frieze and cornice. 1st floor has alternating raked and curved pediments,
with masks and cartouches.
