Cottage. C18 exterior. Tile hung on red brick ground floor with plain tiled roof. Two storeys on plinth, with half-hipped roof and stacks to centre and to rear right. Four wooden casements on each floor, with half-glazed door to top, and half-glazed and boarded doors to right in recessed section of ground floor wall. The brickwork to left hand section, and the flat-arched and segmental heads to window openings appear earlier than the brickwork to right hand section, although the whole is probably a single timber framed structure. Catslide outshot to rear.
