House. 1830's. Flemish bond brick walls with cream headers, stone dressings,
slate roof, brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Stone plinth, moulded
surrounds to windows, plain entrance surround with moulded cornice and blocking
course. Windows single-pane sashes: 4-panel door and glazed fanlight. Stone
modillions with cast-iron gutter. Stone cornice to chimney stacks.
