Detached house of c1840. Coursed and squared limestone with
ashlar dressings and quoins; artificial stone chimneys; stone-
slate roof. Symmetrical; 2 storey with attic; one room either
side of entrance hall; C20 outshut at back. 2-window front with
16-pane sashes and central doorway, all with deep stone lintels;
6-panel front door; chimneys set in ridge at gable ends. At
lower end a small leaded attic casement. Metal windows inserted
at back have concrete lintels. Iron railing fencing with hooped
top and central iron gate stands on stone base wall at front.
