Dwelling, now offices, and shop. Early C19. High Street facade painted brick, return
to Haw Street in squared stone, and with painted stone rusticated quoins right end
only; welsh slate roof. Five storeys plus basement: main front three windowed,
shallow sash at eaves, sashes under stepped voussoirs with projecting bays to middle
three floors - glazing bars to top three floors only. One fixed plate glass light in
original opening, pilastered C19 shop front, modern glazed doors up four concrete
steps. Haw Street facade two windowed, top three floors sashes with glazing bars,
first floor blocked flush, all under segmental stone arches with projecting keystones;
new shop front under wide segmental arch right end. Rear wall small coursed stones
and original sash windows. Very prominent corner building.
