Pair of houses. Late C17 or early C18. Timber frame with brick infill.
Cement rendered and roughcast with frame exposed to front. Hipped
thatched roof. 5 bays, 4 windows. 2 storeys. Entrances to centre of each
dwelling, plank doors with moulded frames and small hoods. 2 light small
pane casements, flush moulded frames with hoods. Small scantling to
visible frame, irregularly spaced studs, passing tension braces on first
floor. Multiform axial ridge stack to centre, part rebuilt. Roughcast
returns. Catslide roof to rear over continuous lean-to outshut,
weatherboarded with an entrance in right end. Interior not inspected.
