Dated 'R.C. (for Richard Colley) 1857'. Coursed rubble skin to brick structure
with ashlar quoins and dressings; stone slate roof with coped verges; ashlar
chimney to north. Loft entry and window below it in north gable. Coach door
with voussoirs to right and stable with a door and window to left. Linked to
Dale House by boundary wall to road (about 5 feet high) and by single storey
range (qv Dale House and boundary wall to Dale House). Included for group value.
