Yew Tree Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Probably late C17/C18. Rubble stone, brick ridge and
end stack. Single range of 2 storeys and attic in gable end,
probably with lobby entry and with single storey wing to east and
west, and several C20 rear extensions not of special interest.
Front has 3 windows, twin 6-pane casements with timber lintel, one
to left and 2 to right. Similar to right on ground floor with
door to left of centre below blind wall space and below stack,
half-glazed and with gabled porch hood. Twin 8-pane casement to
left set into cambered stone arch. Half-glazed door and single
light in single storey wing. On east side, brick end stack and
corrugated iron roof, and 2 plank doors and small openings to
north, all with timber lintels.
