GV II

Gates and railings. Erected mid 1860s. Cast iron and wrought iron
decoration. Double gates flanked by single gates; square piers
also of wrought iron construction. Spear-headed railings curve
forwards either side. Foliate scrollwork at the junction of the
railings and piers. The railing to the left of the gateway is
continued along the roadside to the entrance to Rendcomb Manor
(q.v.) for c25m.
