Detached house. Probably early C18, enlarged to rear in late
C19/early C20. Painted brick, hipped concrete tile roof, brick
ridge stack off centre left opposite door with grouped flues.
Main single range of 2 storeys and attic. Lobby entry plan. Six
windows, 2-light leaded wood mullion and transoms with 2-brick
string between. Moulded wood eaves cornice. Three gabled
dormers, leaded 2-light partly with small panes, central one with
shaped bargeboards. Ground floor has large projecting porch in
bay 3, gabled and half-glazed of late C19/ early C20. Outer door
of 6 recessed moulded panels with squares set as diamonds within
top 2 square panels. Front gable overhangs with central section
on consoles containing raised cartouche with initials and monogram
in apex.
