SO 71 NE ELMORE ELMORE BACK

Small detached house. C17 with C19 additions. Timber-framed;
brick to gable end and chimney stack; rebuilt in brick at back;
replacement concrete tile roof. 2-room, single-storey with attic;
single-storey kitchen wing to rear; former stable with loft over at
east end. Small framing on lias plinth to front elevation;
scattered fenestration, 2 small casements and 1 small staircase
casement between at high level; very low plank door to former
stable. West gable end has large projecting chimney stack with 2
diagonal shafts. Back elevation rebuilt in brick with 2 windows:
cambered arches with timber casements; central cambered arched
doorway with 4-panel door; C20 glazed porch and lean-to; 2 gabled
roof dormers. East gable end is small framed on lias plinth; loft
doorway with plank door.
