GV II

Formerly row of 2 houses, now detached house. Early C18. Coursed
rubble limestone; rubble chimneys; stone slate roof. Two-storey.
Front: 2-window fenestration to right (lower) house, all chamfered
mullioned windows with leaded iron casements, 2-light to upper
floor, one single-light and one 2-light to ground floor. Central
doorway with stone lintel and plank door. Higher house to left has
3-light upper floor casement, one light blocked. Attached
outbuilding to ground floor. Interior not inspected. Forms part
of close group with Grey Cot (q.v.).
