Semi-detached cottage adjoining No 23 (q.v.). C17, altered C18.
Square-panelled timber framing with rendered infill on a limestone
rubble plinth, now largely encased in brick with concrete tile
roof, probably formerly thatched; red brick stack. 'L'-shaped
plan. Two storeys. West front: 2-light casement with horizontal
glazing bars to the ground floor; similar 2-light casement above;
C20 plank door with fillets to the cross wing. Gable end facing
road: single segmental-headed 2-light casement with horizontal
glazing bars to each floor; band between floors. Single unglazed
2-light wooden casement to the timber-framed west front. Hipped
north-facing gable. Corner stack. Interior not inspected.
