Small cottage. C18. Painted brick; limestone rubble stack;
thatched roof with decorative ridge thatching. Rectangular plan.
C20 lean-to extensions not of special interest. 1½ storeys.
Entrance front: 2-light segmental-headed casement with leaded
panes. Segmental-headed plank door with single glazed pane, to
the right. Two-light eyebrow dormer upper left. Projecting
stack at the left gable end. Interior not inspected. Thatched
roofing once common on minor buildings in this area, now a rare
survival.
