House. C17, C19, altered C20. Timber framing, rendered infill and plinth; coursed, squared stone, stone slates. Three-bays, one-room deep, 1 1/2 storeys: single-storey lean-to on end. To road: timber-framing on left, three-panels high; three-light and two-light casement windows adjoining, leaded lights. To right, in stonework, boarded door up one wooden step, timber lintel; three-light casement, concrete lintel; single-light window in gable of lean-to. Three-light casement in gabled dormer; ashlar chimney just behind ridge to left of door, and on ridge on right gable: wall thickened locally below.

Exposed ceiling beam with heavy chamfer and exposed joists in left room, visible from road; interior otherwise not inspected.
