Formerly a lodge to Mayfield Park. Circa 1860. One storey yellow brick.
Two gables with quatrefoil ornament. Slate roof. Two 3-lignt castellated
bays with decorative glazing. Doorcase with iron columns supporting castellated
entablature. Plinth. Long and short quoins.
