Circa 1840. Three storeys stuccoed. Roof concealed by parapet and moulded
eaves cornice. Five sashes with glazing bars intact. Plinth. The ground
floor has a centred Tuscan style portico and round-headed windows to the right
and a contemporary bar front to the left.
