C18. One-storey and attic, 2 windows. Thatched roof, 'eyebrow' dormers; massive
tapered stack at the west end. Red brick walling in Flemish bond, with blue header patterns (triangles, spots, spotted first-floor band and cambered arches to ground-floor openings). Casements. Plain doorway. Lower tile roof at the east side links with the adjoining building (Holly House).
