Mid C19. A symmetrical pair, of estate cottages, in the 'Tudor' style, with modern
side extensions. Two storeys, 4 windows. Tile roof, brick dentil eaves; central stack
with coupled diagonal flues. Red brick walling in Flemish bond, Dutch flat arches,
stone cills. Casements. Two gabled brick porches, with recessed side panels in
herring-bone brickwork. Half-hipped lower roofing above the unequal later side
extensions.
