C17, early C18. Symmetrical front (west) of the later date, of 2 storeys and attic, 5 windows. Tile roof, brick dentil eaves. Red brick walling in Flemish bond, first-floor band, rubbed flat arches, plinth. Mullioned and transomed modern casements. Solid doorcase incorporates a 2-light fanlight, flat hood on carved brackets, and modern door. The lower rear part has a brick and tile exterior, but is a C17 timber frame. Within, there is an original staircase, and a room with original ceiling cornice, corner cupboard, dado panelling, and blue and white Dutch tile fireplace surround. At one time a public house, there remains a 1/2-glazed porch of circa 1900.
