Brocas Lands Farmhouse

II

Late C18, mid and late C19. A symmetrical front (south) of 2 storeys, 3 windows, with single-storeyed wings on each side of one window. Tile roof, with end stacks, the lower roofing of each wing ending as ½-hips. Rendered walling. Sashes in reveals, upper of 8 and lower of 16 panes. Solid doorframe encloses a 3-pane fanlight and ½-glazed door, within an open timber-framed porch.
