GV II

House. Early C18, and mid C19. Stone and brick walls, with a tile roof. A house
of 2 phases, the older northern unit having a front of 2 storeys, 3 windows (1
smaller upper light inserted). Plain roof. Walls of malmstone with brick dress-
ings; quoins, some chamfered window surrounds, plinth. Casements. Former doorway
blocked. The later (south) elevation has 3 gables, 3 windows, brick dentil eaves
and verges, painted brick walls in Flemish bond, stucco hoodmoulds and plinth.
Sashes with Gothic bars, with a rectangular bay at the west side, and a narrow
doorway at the east side. Entrances on the east.
