Circa 1870. 2 storeys stock brick with stuccoed front elevation. Slate
roof with bracket cornice. Side elevation has 6 painted sashes. The front
elevation has a central pedimented gable with 2 crockets at either end.
5 pointed lights with hood moulding and a castellated porch having 3 pointed
lights with hood moulding, corbels and buttresses. Pointed doorcases and
steps with curved cast iron balustrades.
