4/13 Keepers Cottage

GV II

Large cottage. Possibly remains of C17 manor house, C18 altered C19 and C20.
Brick, tilehung gable, old plain tile roof. 2 storey and attic, 3 bay with
smoke and passage bays between them. Front has to LH of centre plank door
with light beside. To RH of centre smoke bay with 2-light casements. 3-light
segmental head casement in other bays with 3-light casements over. Central C20
2-light flat-roofed dormer. Roof ½-hipped with ridge stack to RH of centre with
slate-cladding.
