Cottage. Early C19. Brick with stuccoed dressings and stacks, slate roof, 2
storey, 3 bay. Front has central narrow bay slightly projecting. Plank door
with inserted light in heavy stucco door case with hood on brackets. Each side
12-pane sash under stuccoed arch. On 1st floor 12-pane sashes. Stucco blocking
course. Roof hipped with stacks on return ridges.
