Pair of semi-detached cottages. Mid C19. Brick, 1st floor tilehung with bands
of fishscale tiles, plain tile roofs, combed ridge tiles. H-plan, 1½ storey,
2 bay centre with verandah between crosswing at each end. Front has pent-roofed
verandah on 4 timber posts. Under, plank doors on inner face of crosswing, and
to centre bays 2-light casements. Above 2-light casements with heads in gabled
dormers, with bargeboards. Crosswings have 2-light casements under cambered
raised, striped arches of red and blue bricks. Blue brick 1st floor modillion.
2-light casement on 1st floor. Cut bargeboards to gables. Over crosswing at
junction of ridge, stack with 4 square shafts, joined by head. Included for group
value.
