Barn with attached animal shed; converted into offices. C18; altered late C20. Timber-framed on brick plinth, weatherboarded with south west end wall brick and flint. Clay plain tile hipped roof with lower eaves over aisle at rear; former animal shed to north east is gable-ended. 3-bay barn with aisles at rear and at ends. Double doors at centre at front, glazed behind. Small windows in former aisle at rear.
INTERIOR: Wall and arcade-posts are jowled and have straight braces to plates and tie-beams; queen-strut trusses with clasped purlins; straight wind-braces and common-rafter couples; carpenter's assembly marks. Floors and central staircase inserted late C20.
