Early C19. 2 storeys Ground floor altered. Formerly pair of houses,
with symmetrical formal stucco South front, consisting of 4 elliptical
arches, 2 storeys high, over flat pilasters with small moulded caps at
springing of arches. Wide flat eaves and hipped slate roof. Between
each pair of arches is 1 French window with a good cast iron balcony on
1st floor and door under. The total front had 4 windows and 2 doors on
ground floor and 6 windows on 1st floor. Sash windows with glazing bars,
one canted bay on ground. Modern doors.
