House. c1700, front of mid C18, late C19 service wings. Front wall of blue
header brick work, panels within red brick quoins and vertical bands, first floor
and eaves band, rubbed flat arches, Flemish bond below cill level: other walls
of Flemish Garden Wall bond with cambered openings, brick dentil eaves. Hipped
tile roof. Symmetrical south front of two storeys two windows. Sashes in exposed
frames. Plain classical doorcase (repaired C20) with panelled reveals and 5-
panelled (one top glazed) door, above two stone steps. In front of the forecourt
is a pair of gatepiers, of knapped flintwork with fine galletting, brick quoins
and plain stone caps.
