House. Of C17 origin, mainly C18, with late C19 renovation, and C20 minor rear
extension. Front wall stuccoed, with plinth, and moulded eaves band: other walls
of brickwork in Flemish bond with blue headers, and Flemish Garden Wall bond,
brick dentil eaves. Tile roof, at the rear hipped above a narrow staircase wing.
Symmetrical south front elevation of two storeys three windows. Victorian sashes
in reveals. The doorway has a plain recessed arch, Gothic fanlight and 6-panelled
door, with added fluted pilasters, supporting a bell-shaped pediment, containing
an oval frame linked by curved side pieces. The irregular rear elevation
includes casements of the early C19 and C20 date. Inside, there is the original
staircase, within the projecting wing.
