The following building shall be added:

869-10/10003 Tythe Barn at Hipley Farm
GV II
Barn. Early 18th Century. Timber framed barn, the exterior clad in
weatherboarding on brick plinth, one side now clad in corrugated iron.
Hipped pegtiled roofs. 5 bays, aisled at both sides and ends with main
cart entrance facing south and shorter cart entrance to north. Jowled
upright posts. Roof has staggered purlins, angled queen struts and
collar beams. Ridge piece was probably inserted later. The tie beams
and some tension braces are reused top of wall plates. East and west
ends also have staggered butt purlins and long diagonal tension braces
to end aisle posts.
