Late C18/early C19. A farmhouse with gable end towards Burton Road but set in garden with farm buildings at rear. Red brick with brick eaves band and cornice. Tiled roof with end stacks. Two and a half storeys. Symmetrical facade with three windows (outers of three lights, centre of two) and centre door. Casements with glazing bars and cambered head linings. Eastern ground floor window now replaced by C20 square bay. Six panelled door with quadrapartite fanlight above. Attic window in gable end. Rear two storey crosswing with roof carried down steeply from same height ridge. One window, end chimney.
