Circa 1830. 2 storeys stucco faced, on plinth. Low pitch gable end slate
roof with shallow eaves cornice. Later dormer. 2 windows 1st floor,
recessed tripartite sashes, glazing bars intact, doubled keystones over.
Ground floor modernised and new shopfront fitted.

The listed buildings on the West Side of Old Fore Street form a group.
