Probable early C19 conversion of farmhouse into "cottage ornee". 2 storeys
rough cast cob. Thatched. Symmetrical 5 window front. 2-light casements
with pointed top panes to 1st floor, the thatch "eyebrowed" over. Ground
floor has 4 French windows again with pointed top panes. Verandah on
rustic trunk columns. Entrance to rear between 2 storey thatched projecting
2 three light casements. Door and side lights with Gothic glazing,
panelled below.
