Miller's house. Early C19. Red brick with a slate roof, gabled at ends; end stacks.
Plan: rectangular on plan, adjoining and at right angles to the old mill, with which
it is contemporary, but which has been altered. 2 rooms wide with a central
entrance, probably double depth.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a C19 central panelled front door
below a glazed overlight with a porch hood. Early C19 timber sashes, 16-pane except
for one 12-pane sash over the front door, all windows with rubbed brick lintels.
Interior: Not inspected but may retain early C19 features.
Group value with Bakers Farmhouse and Dales House.
