Roadside cottage. Probably C18, renovated circa 1960. Plastered cob, with or
without stone rubble footings; stone rubble stack topped with C19 brick; thatch
roof.
Plan: small 2-room plan cottage facing north. The larger room is to right (west)
and it has a gable-end stack. 2 storeys.
Exterior: symmetrical 2-window front of C20 casements with glazing bars. Central
front doorway contains a C20 panelled door behind a contemporary gabled porch. Roof
is hipped both ends.
Interior: is largely the result of C20 modernisations. The crossbeam across the
main room is boxed in and the fireplace is blocked. Roof was not inspected.
